Placing an order

How to place my order?

To begin, browse or search for the things you want to purchase. Second, when you locate something that piques your curiosity, click on the title or name to go to the item's product information page. You may find more information on the article here. Third, to order an item, go to the product detail page and click the Add to Basket button on the right side. Continue shopping until your cart has all of the products you want to order using the Continue Shopping button. By clicking the Shopping Basket button at the top of every page of our website, you can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time. Fourth, click the "Proceed to checkout" button when you're ready to place an order for everything in your "Shopping Basket Items." To complete your payment, simply follow the fast and easy instructions.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

It is only possible to cancel or modify your order before it is delivered. In most cases, we'll complete and ship your item within 48 hours. Please email us at Infos2eleventwist.com if you need to make any modifications to your order. If the article you want to cancel has already started the shipping process, you can return it after it arrives.

How can I add items to my order which has been placed already?

If you want to add items to your order which has been placed already, please contact us to stop the shipment of your order first, then tell us the articles you want to add. Later we will tell you how to pay for the new items. Last we will ship your two orders under one package. If your order has already been shipped, you will not add items to the previously placed order.

Payment

What kind of currency do you accept?

At present, we accept US and Canadian Dollars. Now we are only accept order in USA and Canada.

What are my payment choices?

Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal are all accepted. Our secure systems all submitted information, allowing you to enter your complete credit card number safely. Please email us at infos@eleventwist.com for more details.

Order status

How do I check my order status?

By logging in and clicking the 'My Account' link in the site header, you may check the status of your order. Under the 'My Orders' tab, you'll see all of the orders placed under your account. We will send you an email with your tracking number and tracking link after you complete your payment, and you can then follow your order online.

How can I look up my order number?

You can go to the Order Status page if you can't find your order confirmation email with your order number.

What if my order never arrived?

Please provide your order number and username to our customer care department. Please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at infos@eleventwist.com. We'll look into your order and assist you in tracking it down. If we made a mistake, we will resend your order or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Shipping

How long can I expect my order?

In most cases, processing and shipping your order will take 1-2 business days. After your money has been completed, your order will be shipped out the next day or the next day. Please allow 3-4 days for us to process and send your purchase during high periods. In most cases, your order will arrive in 6-9 working days.

How much shipping will be charged for each order?

We only charge 10.99$ on delivery.

What is your returns policy?

The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization and return address within 15 days upon receipt. If you want to return your purchase, the return will be with your own money.

How can I track my parcel online?

We will send the tracking information by email once the items have been shipped. You can trace your order with the tracking number and link within the email.

Can I have full refund if I return the unsatisfied item?

Postage is not refundable. A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund if the received package has been signed up and opened. A 15% handling fee will not be charged for those who have not signed for their received packages. Only postage is not refundable.
